Marais Viljoen High School – Raffle General Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility
- The raffle is open to all persons who meet the entry requirements and have purchased a raffle ticket through the official Marais Viljoen High School online platform.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
- Entry Method
- Entries are strictly online only and must be submitted through the official raffle link provided by Marais Viljoen High School.
- Each raffle ticket costs R30 unless otherwise stated.
- Raffle Period
- The raffle opens as advertised and closes on Thursday, 14 August 2025 at 08:00.
- Late entries will not be accepted.
- Winner Selection & Announcement
- The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received before the closing date.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be announced on Thursday, 14 August 2025 by end of business day via the school’s official communication channels.
- Prizes
- The prize will be as stated in the raffle promotion (2 tickets to the Springboks vs Wallabies match, including parking, and a special hamper).
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Collection of Prize
- The winner must collect the prize as arranged with Marais Viljoen High School.
- Proof of identity may be required upon collection.
- Liability
- Marais Viljoen High School accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its control.
- By entering, participants agree to indemnify the school against any claims related to participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.
- Consent
- By entering the raffle, participants grant Marais Viljoen High School permission to use their name and/or image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- General
- T&Cs Apply. Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Marais Viljoen High School reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice.
